My blog is a health, fitness, and wellness blog, but what does that mean? And what can readers expect?
Health and fitness can mean so many things to all different people. I am here to share some tips I have learned. Not all of these tips will be right for you, so take the tips you like and leave the ones you don’t! All bodies and minds are different, so we don’t always work the same way. We each need to find what is best for ourself and stick to that!
This blog is about trying to make the best version of yourself, whether that is mentally, physically, or both! So, with that in mind, try to focus on yourself because that’s why you are here. You can’t change anyone else, so keep your mind and energy on improving you!
I have had many bumps along the way and I’m sure you all have too, so I would love to share my tips and hear yours too!
This is a health and fitness blog, but health doesn’t just mean eating healthy. Health is about making your body and soul speak to each other in harmony. This is what we will try to accomplish.
I also wanted to explain the reasoning behind choosing the name Ellavate for my blog. The most obvious reason is because I could incorporate my name, Ella, into the word elevate. But the main reason is that we can elevate ourselves and each other to become the best version of ourself. A lot of social media is comparison, but why don’t we flip that around and reflect-reflect on what works for some people, but also notice that it may not work for us.
